Do I need to be home?▼
Nope! That's the beauty of it. We text you when we're on the way, let ourselves into your yard, clean everything, take a photo of your closed gate, and leave. You don't lift a finger.
What if my dogs are aggressive or reactive?▼
Your pup or pups need to be secured before our visit. Just let us know in your intake form and we will make a note for your technician.
What happens in winter or snow?▼
We service year-round! We remove all surface level waste each visit. As the snow melts we keep scooping so your yard stays clean the whole time. No spring surprise piles.
Do you really haul the waste away?▼
Yes! We bring it with us and dispose of it at a licensed facility. We never put it in your trash bins.
What if I need to skip or pause?▼
No problem! Text us 24 hours before your scheduled day. Monthly plans can pause anytime for vacations, boarding, whatever you need. When you are ready just text us or log into your customer portal and hit resume.
What areas do you clean?▼
Everywhere. Grass, flower beds, gravel, dog runs, patios, under decks, along fences. If there is poop we get it. Our Double-Walk Grid Method makes sure nothing gets missed.
What is the catch?▼
